Why do you coach: I love seeing people push their boundaries and accomplish things they once thought impossible.

Personal Achievements: Recovering from hip surgery in 2014 and setting new personal records. AG podium spots in last 7 races, qualifying for AG Nationals in 2013, 2015, 2016. Currently ranked All American for 2016 (ranking determined February 2017).

Why do you work for VQ: I love the access to expertise, the sense of community and camaraderie, and the culture of constant improvement.

Favorite Pastime when not training or coaching: Playing Tennis, spending time with my family.
