Our focus today is on endurance development, specifically on powers around 90%, which you can hold continuously for up to an hour (if rested). You'll complete an hour of training at around 90%, broken into three blocks of 20 minutes. Each block uses a different training technique to improve endurance: Bottom-Up, Top-Down, and Over-Under.
