We understand things happen in life and sometimes you have to cancel your VQ camp.

*Please note that any entry fees, accommodation costs, or other incidental expenses related to the camp will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
**For future trip credits, reservations must be made for a trip occurring within one calendar year (12 months) of the original date of departure or funds are forfeit. Refunds will not be issued after a future trip credit has been chosen.
