Power-based indoor cycling and functional strength training designed by Olympic coaches. Beyond fitness, we teach real-world cycling skills such as pacing, shifting, maintaining consistent pressure on the pedals, and adapting to changing terrain. Train in your zones, build real fitness, develop better technique, and get measurably stronger.
Both disciplines are designed by the same coaching staff who've trained Olympic athletes and Ironman finishers.
You bring your bike or use one of ours. Train on studio equipment. Get coached through structured intervals in YOUR personalized power or heart rate zones - not generic push it cues.
Class TypesYou bring your bike or use one of ours. Bring cycling shoes, a water bottle, and a rounded skewer (not a quick-release skewer). Studio equipment is provided. If you are unsure whether your bike setup will work, reach out before your first visit and we will confirm.
Small-group strength sessions designed for endurance athletes. Focus on postural alignment, injury prevention, and building power that transfers directly to the bike or trail.
What's IncludedAthletic clothes and a water bottle. All equipment provided — no gear required.
At most cycling studios, you climb on a stationary bike, follow generic resistance cues, and leave with a good sweat but no real idea whether you got fitter. At Vision Quest, you have the option to train on your own bike, mounted on studio equipment we provide. Your power targets come from your actual fitness data. When your coach calls out watts, they are calling out your watts, specific to your current fitness level. That is the difference between entertainment and coaching. And it is why our athletes improve power output by an average of 20 watts in just four months.
Cycling zones and strength plans tailored to YOUR body data — not a one-size-fits-all format.
Certified coaches who've trained Olympians, age-groupers, and everyone in between.
