Indoor Cycling

Indoor Cycling

Power-Based · Zone-Specific

You bring your bike or use one of ours. Train on studio equipment. Get coached through structured intervals in YOUR personalized power or heart rate zones - not generic push it cues.

Class Types
Intensity Rides — 60 minHigh-intensity interval work targeting your VO2 Max and top-end power. This is where speed and wattage gains come from.
Endurance Rides — 90 minSustained Zone 2 and Zone 3 work. Often underrated, always essential. This is the foundation that every other fitness quality is built on.
Aerobic Rides — 60 to 90 minTempo and threshold training that builds your capacity to sustain effort over time. The bridge between base fitness and peak performance.
What to Bring

You bring your bike or use one of ours. Bring cycling shoes, a water bottle, and a rounded skewer (not a quick-release skewer). Studio equipment is provided. If you are unsure whether your bike setup will work, reach out before your first visit and we will confirm.

Functional Strength Training

Functional Strength

Small Groups · Endurance-Focused

Small-group strength sessions designed for endurance athletes. Focus on postural alignment, injury prevention, and building power that transfers directly to the bike or trail.

What's Included
  • Every new member starts with a baseline movement assessment so we can identify imbalances before they become injuries.
  • Sessions are phased to align with your training calendar — heavier strength work in the off-season, maintenance-focused as races approach.
  • Exercises designed for cyclists, triathletes, and runners
  • Small groups of max 6–8 for individual attention
What to Bring

Athletic clothes and a water bottle. All equipment provided — no gear required.

Why We're Different
This Is Not a GenericSpin Class. And That Is the Whole Point.

At most cycling studios, you climb on a stationary bike, follow generic resistance cues, and leave with a good sweat but no real idea whether you got fitter. At Vision Quest, you have the option to train on your own bike, mounted on studio equipment we provide. Your power targets come from your actual fitness data. When your coach calls out watts, they are calling out your watts, specific to your current fitness level. That is the difference between entertainment and coaching. And it is why our athletes improve power output by an average of 20 watts in just four months.

How It Works
Three Steps to TrainingThat Actually Works
01
01 — Test: Test

DEXA, VO₂ Max, or Kinotek movement screen to establish your baseline and personalize your plan. Skip it and we'll estimate — but data beats guessing.

02
02 — Train: Train

Cycling classes display YOUR target watts/HR on the coach board. Strength sessions address YOUR movement limitations — not a generic program.

03
03 — Transform: Transform

Retest every 12–16 weeks. See FTP gains, body composition changes, strength improvements. Proof your training is working.

No. We start with a movement assessment and scale exercises to your level. Small groups mean individual attention from the coach.

Strength prevents injury, fixes movement imbalances, and builds power off the bike. Most cyclists lose muscle as they age — strength training reverses that.
