Overview
Vision Quest Coaching, LLC ("VQC") uses SMS text messaging to communicate with athletes, members, and prospective clients who have given their express written consent to receive messages. This policy complies with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier A2P 10DLC requirements.
How You Opt In
You only receive SMS messages from VQC if you have explicitly opted in. Consent is never assumed and is never a condition of purchasing any service.
You may opt in by checking a consent checkbox on our website forms, texting
JOIN to our number, or providing written consent during enrollment.
Message Types
- Transactional: Class confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, cancellation notices
- Operational: Follow-up messages after you submit a website inquiry
- Promotional: New class announcements, seasonal promotions, special events (opted-in users only)
- Coaching: Training updates and athlete check-ins for enrolled coaching clients
Message Frequency
Promotional messages: up to 4–6 per month. Transactional messages: as needed based on your bookings (typically 1–3 per week for active members).
Rates & Carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. Our SMS program operates on a
10DLC registered number.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Data Privacy — No Third-Party Sharing
We will never sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for their own marketing or solicitation purposes.
Your number may be shared only with our SMS platform provider (GoHighLevel) solely to deliver messages on our behalf, or when required by law. See our
