Terms of Service

Vision Quest Coaching, LLC  ·  Effective: March 24, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at visionquestcoaching.com or any services provided by Vision Quest Coaching, LLC ("VQC"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Vision Quest Coaching provides cycling and fitness coaching services including in-studio classes in Highland Park and Chicago, virtual training, performance testing, cycling camps, and personalized coaching.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final unless otherwise specified. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Class cancellations made less than 12 hours before class time may forfeit a class credit. Camp deposits are non-refundable.

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Participation in cycling, fitness, and athletic training involves inherent physical risks. You participate in all VQC programs at your own risk. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program.
Information provided by VQC coaches is for training purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, harass other users or staff, reproduce our content without permission, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is the property of Vision Quest Coaching, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VQC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lake County or Cook County, Illinois.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
