Getting Ready for the Transition Phase
Everyone wants results. At Vision Quest, we took the guess work out of your training. Starting the week of October 30, we focus on pedaling skills and efficiency to build power. We reduce some of the intensity and improve the economy. Workouts will include a mix of low-cadence SE intervals, high-cadence and pedaling drills. Learn more
Strength Starts on October 30
The 2017 season is winding down and it's time to get strong! Strength training is critical in becoming a durable athlete and we're kicking off our Fall StrengthTraining Program on October 30.
Take the Off-Season ChallengeThe off-season is the perfect time to work on gaining muscle, losing fat or just maintaining the great form you've worked hard to reach. The 12-week team challenge focuses on health & wellness goals from November 5 through February 5. Included in the challenge:
- Starting and ending Dexascans to measure body composition changes ($200 value)
- Nutrition lecture from VQ dietician Andrea Rusin on easy to use nutritional guidelines
- Strength and conditioning lecture by IBJI Personal Trainer, Cory Leman
- Plug into existing VQ workouts and earn points towards prizes for top teams and individuals
