Sweat Testing at VQ

Whether you're racing the Tour de France, out for a weekend group ride or a long run, chances are you're going to sweat. However, not all sweat is created equal. Sodium is Crucial to Performance

As you to start to train longer and harder, replacing sodium is even more important. Did you know that everyone loses a different amount of sodium in their sweat, from as little as 200mg per 32oz of sweat to as much as 2,000mg per 32oz?  Learn more

Transition Phase Starts October 29

During this phase, we reduce some of the intensity and improve the economy. There is a dual emphasis during these eight weeks on cycling-specific strength and pedaling skills, with workouts including a mix of low-cadence SE intervals, high-cadence drills and single-legged pedaling. Learn more
