  • Registration for the Door County Triathlon opens TOMORROW October 16th! A new VQ event for 2018, this event has been known to sell out quickly, so mark your calendars for Monday, October 16th at 12:00pm to register and join us next July for this great triathlon!
  • VQ Chicago PM Strength Training workouts are back starting November 1st! PM strength training workouts return on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm. Classes are limited to 10 people so make sure you sign up!

LOOKING AHEAD

VQ Off-Season Challenge

The off-season is the perfect time to work on gaining muscle, losing fat or just maintaining the great form you've worked so hard to reach. 
Come join your fellow VQers in a 12 week team challenge focused on health & wellness goals from November 5th through February 5th.

Included in the challenge:
  • Starting and ending Dexascans to measure body composition changes ($200 value)
  • Nutrition lecture from VQ dietician Andrea Rusin on easy to use nutritional guidelines
  • Strength and conditioning lecture by IBJI Personal Trainer, Cory Leman
  • Plug into existing VQ workouts and earn points towards prizes for top teams and individuals
Here's how the challenge works:
  1. Sign up using the link below
  2. Schedule your initial Dexascan in Highland Park
  3. You will be assigned a team & team captain 
  4. Your team captain will provide weekly emails with tips to keep you motivated and help you on your journey
  5. Earn points by attending VQ workouts, strength training classes, scoring your nutrition and our off-season challenge lectures 
  6. We'll provide a way to track your daily and weekly progress 

Cost: $150
