    • VQ Chicago Treadmill Workouts Mon & Weds 5:00pm, Weds 6:00am
    • VQ Highland Park Brick Workouts Fri 5:30am
  • VQ Chicago Small Group Strength Training Starts Tomorrow, October 22nd. Sign up required! Each session is limited to 8 athletes with the first 2 weeks focusing on learning the exercises and proper form (don't worry, you'll still get a great workout)
    • AM classes: Weds & Fri 6:00am
    • PM classes: Mon & Weds 5:00pm & 6:00pm, Tues 6:00pm
  • If you haven't been to our VQ Highland Park Functional Training workouts at IBJI, this is the perfect time to start! Head next door to IBJI's state of the art facility for workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:45am & 8:30am
