For each ride:

  • Bike + rounded bike skewer

  • Refillable water bottles

  • Cycling clothing and shoes

SETTING UP AT VQ


For each ride:

  • Arrive 15 min before class

  • Meet your instructor

  • Set your bike up on computrainer
