Why do you coach?
I remember how great it felt when I first started as an athlete that my coach took a genuine interest in my training as well as my race day performance. Now, as a coach, seeing my athletes excel is my greatest reward. It doesn’t matter if they simply want to complete their first race or become a true hardcore competitor, their goals are my goals.
